About Arnold Agee:

Arnold began his construction career at the age of 18, working alongside his father, a respected building developer in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. Growing up immersed in the industry, he gained early hands-on experience fixing and flipping homes before branching off to establish his own path. His expertise led him to join Power Home Remodeling Group—a multi billion-dollar national construction firm and one of the largest home remodeling companies in the United States—where he was later promoted to become the head of the Corporate Quality Assurance Department in Michigan. 

In this leadership role, Arnold oversaw nationwide construction quality, building standards, installation practices, and code compliance across multiple trades. Arnold earned his Michigan Residential Builder’s License (#2105211049) and spent six years renovating and constructing homes throughout the state and nation, specializing in projects designed to withstand extreme and harsh climates. 

After relocating to Los Angeles, he further expanded his industry knowledge by working in Beverly Hills luxury real estate, gaining insight into elite design expectations and the demands of high-end clientele.

Today, Arnold leads A & A Construction alongside his colleague Devon Frazier, specializing in ultra-luxury remodeling projects, high-end residential transformations, and custom home builds across Southern California. As a licensed General B Contractor in California (License #1118476), he is known for holding his construction teams to exceptionally high standards—prioritizing craftsmanship, precision, structural integrity, and an elevated client experience on every project. Despite being in his 30s, Arnold has already worked on and renovated more than 1,000+ residential homes, a testament to his extensive field experience and work ethic.
